Several years ago, I aimed to visit all of Nova Scotia’s provincial parks, yet work got in the way. Nevertheless, exploring new parks in Nova Scotia is enjoyable, especially when someone mentions “beach!” MacCormacks Beach, just 23 minutes from downtown Halifax, offers a white sand beach and charming surroundings. It may not have extensive amenities, but it’s a delightful destination.
